About the role

We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher to help us uncover meaningful customer insights and translate them into better products and experiences.

You'll work closely with product, design and business teams to understand user needs, identify opportunities and influence product decisions through research.

What you'll do

Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
Identify customer needs, behaviours and pain points.
Turn research findings into clear, actionable insights.
Work closely with designers, product managers and stakeholders.
Help embed research and customer thinking into the product development process.

What we're looking for

Strong experience conducting UX research.
Excellent qualitative research and synthesis skills.
Ability to communicate insights clearly to different audiences.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
A curious, analytical and user-centred mindset.
